Hi I’ve searched for a solution without luck so hope this has not been asked before.
I deleted the right hand region on my Moodle 3.10 Boost, theme and cannot see how to get it back again.
Any suggestions welcomed please, thanks.

How did you delete it in the first place? As that would help to understand what to tell you to get it back.
I just fixed it by changing the theme to Classic, adding a block to the right-hand side, purging themes, then changing back to Boost.
Ok, seems a bit excessive to me! As empty block regions are not shown, so normally just a matter of turning editing on and adding / moving a block to that area and turning editing off. No need to purge caches or switch themes.
