hello,
I have created a custom drop down profile field and set it as mandatory but each admin who is responsible for adding new user is not forcied to set that custom field
i want each admin in the backend to be forced to set that custom drop down field
it is currently forcing each member to fiel that after loggin in but I want the admin to be forced to set that field instead
please let me know how to achieve this
