I've done a couple of successful Moodle installations previously, however, my latest failed to reflect a theme or graphics from the moment installation was complete.
Visit http://elearningspace.us and see if you can figure out what isn't working.

I'm not sure why the pictures aren't loading - the image http://elearningspace.us/theme/standardlogo/logo.gif doesn't load on the page, but if I put that URL in a browser directly the image appears fine.
One thing i have noticed, which may be related, is that as the page loads there are three or four JavaScript errors giving the URL as 72.41.169.13, rather than the actual URL of your site. Might be worth checking your config.php file to make sure wwwroot is correctly specified. That might correct the problem, or at least part of it, we can then see what problems remain.
