Someone familiar with SQL should be able to use those to build the more complex reporting you need.

I have used the first link that you provided. My issue is that I want to create a report that gives me a numerical value for a specific tag in a specific course. We are using Tags only at the question level on our site so these are all going to be tied to quizzes but in my report I only want to see the tag and a score that is based off of how right and wrong.
