Hi There,

I am attempting to restore a course from 1.6 to 1.6, and I recieve the following error:

  • Creating new course
    • Moodle Features & References copy 1 (MFR_1)
    • Category: Orientations & Documentation
  • Creating sections
  • Creating categories and questions
    • Category "About Moodle"
      .
    • Category "Simple"
    • Category "Moodle Timer"
      . .
  • Copying course files. . . . . . . .
    • Files/folders: 16
  • Creating scales
  • Creating groups
  • Creating events
  • Creating course modules XML error: Invalid character at line 3401
I can provide the backup zip if it helps in the debugging of this error.

Note that 1.6 doesn't exist yet, we only have a dev version which is unstable.  wink  Bug reports should go in the bug tracker, thanks.

Hi, all!

I am trying a local version of Moodle 1.6. My production Moodle is 1.5.2+.
Made a backup of a course on 1.5.2+ e tryed to restore it on 1.6. Everything worked fine but I noticed that questions of the quizzes just desapeared.
Anyone experiencing this behaviour? Any advice?
