I need to know if this is possible, I am going to implement a registration system with moddle, managing Wampserver and moodle, the first thing I need to know is if I can link an account or a project that I already carry out on the moodle website, I have some test courses but I need that same project and load it when implementing moodle in the wampserver server to be able to have control of the data that enters the page, how can I do to import the data from the DB that is in moodle and load the project when installing on the server. I know that within the page there is a way to be able to migrate the databases but since I am in free mode, it is not an option that I have activated. I wanted to know if anyone can help me or give a vision of how to model all the information that I have in the web portal to my server in wamp.
