Hi a you might be mixing grading guide with rubric - for this rubric, those textboxes are for textual feedback. Provided you have selected a rubric box (which turns green When selected) for all criteria, then a grade should populate above it when saved. So for that last row, your screenshot does not show anything selected - once you have selected a box in all rows you should be all set for the grade to save.
