Moodle for mobile

Hi,

that documentation is probably outdated. There is no periodic process, instead the app tries to download/update the CSS when the following actions occur:

-The user adds a new site to the app.
-The user enters a site already stored in the app.
-The user starts the app and there was a site already in use.
-The user clicks the synchronize button in "App Settings > Synchronization" or in "Preferences".
