PoodLL Feedback Tool - Cannot Upload Audio

Feedback PoodLL version = 3.1.024

Moodle version 3.9.1

We are attempting to record audio to leave as feedback for a course.  You can go through the record process, play what you've recorded, and even download your recording.  But when that is done and you close out of the download window, you see "An error occurred and your file has NOT been uploaded."  Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anything logged that helps is troubleshoot this issue.

Can you provide any suggestions for tracking down this problem?

Have you set your API user and API secret in the Poodll filter general settings page? It sounds like you have not. Pick those up after logging in at https://poodll.com/member or contact Poodll at https://poodll.com/contact

Maybe the instructions on the page are unclear, but there is a registration key entered and it says "Enter your Poodll registration key here only if you have not entered an API key and secret above."   Is this incorrect?  Or is product registration unrelated to the API user and API secret when it comes to uploads?
