We are planing to use Big Blue Button for 10,000 concurrent user on dedicated server, and will be integrated with moodle,
the scenario of using : teacher will open his camera and students participate with voice or text without camera, students number in single session around 30.

can you help us with :

  • which better for hosting Contabo, AWS, other or no difference ? 
  • also what the server specs you recommend, and what must focus on ?
  • is there any configurations, settings or tools recommended for this big number ?

the OS of server will be Ubuntu 16 as recommended

BigBlueButton is a (friendly ;) separate project. Moodle problems related to BBB appear in the Web conferencing plugins forum https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=7797. Your enquiry goes way beyond the end user discussions there; you need to ask BBB community support https://bigbluebutton.org/support/community/, or contact its commercial arm https://bigbluebutton.org/commercial-support/ - 10,000 concurrent users is not an everyday affair.
