Hi ,

I have numerous courses under my site admin and I need to receive a notification email when students download the certificates.

I receive them for 2 modules but can not received them for all the others. 

Please help. I am new to the back end of Moodle

I'm having the same issue. Some of the course send the certificate notification via email and some don't. They are all set to go to the same email address so I'm not sure why only one or two courses send the email and the rest don't. traurig
