Can't login to Dropbox repository on Moodle - getting an Error 404 message

Hello fellow Moodlers,

I have been trying to get our Dropbox repository to work and everytime I login from Moodle after linking our Dropbox account I get this Error 404 message -- see image below. 

Following the steps outlined from this page (https://docs.moodle.org/39/en/Dropbox_repository) I logged in on the Dropbox App console, registered for an API and the App secret. I left the Webhooks and Chooser / Saver / Embedder field empty. 

I then went on Moodle and put in the App key, and App secret key then enabled the repository. But when I try to login to our Dropbox account on Moodle I an error 404 message (It seems the app you were using submitted a bad request. If you would like to report this error to the app's developer, include the information below.)

I'm wondering if I'm setting up the app wrong or if something else is going on.  Has anyone experienced this problem? How did they overcome it?
