I"m using the Klass theme in Moodle 3.8.3
1.The Html button oesn"t work It shoes blank editor without the text and without possibility to write.
2. There is a < tag in the slideshow That I deleted it in the code , but in some computers it is still Shwn although I cleaned the cashes in the site and also in chrome.
