Hi This is mahesh ,
Am trying to install moodle 3.9.1+ on my server using install.php
These are the steps i followed in plesk
1.Downloaded the latest moodle 3.9.1 + zip file
2.unzipped the file in in httpdocs folder and renamed to learning
3.Created the database
4.Opened the file path containing install.php ( ex: https://domain-name/learning/install.php
5.gone thought the steps - given database details
6.tables are created
then am unable to continue the process because am getting issues like
1.Installation must be finished from the original IP address, sorry.
2.Can not initialise PHP session, please verify that your browser accepts cookies.
PHP version : 7.3
Kindly help me in this issue .
