The grader report in Moodle does not work well with the sidebar right aligned so we disable it on that page. I believe the same is true in Boost, if you go into the grader report you dont see the side blocks on the right and the "add blocks" feature does not actually work on that page.
When you "add block" it will only show on the course pages, not on the grader report in Boost.
