After doing purge cache my moodle goes to only html no style.Please help .I was using moove theme.My production site is down after reinstall also same thing happend.I removed http selection in server->http

it is working while running
php admin/cli/build_theme_css.php --themes=moove
but while we do any update on theme and any plugin install will lead to earlier stage .Every time needs to run the above command

I don't know as my Apache web server is not configured to use FastCGI.
It was all realated to my php I reinstalled php now the problem solved
