Found this very nice site with some great video tutorials for Flash learners and thought I would post it here. The fla of the Flash movie that the whole site is based on is available for download as well - see 'need help' pop up!

kirupa has been a fav for long time. Still clean, well maintained:
flashkit, has been cleaned up a bit, good for support but not tutorials.

Not free, but I like Lynda.com.
