Getting Unauthorized Access Message

Hello,

Using the Moodle Cloud free version.

One of my users is suddenly getting an "unauthorized access" message whenever she tries to log in to the Moodle site. 
I've checked her profile and it is active and not suspended. 
I've tried changing the password in case she forgot it.
Neither had any success. 

What should I do to correct this problem?

Hi Conrad,

Please connect to the MoodleCloud portal, on https://moodlecloud.com/en/ and use the form under "Support" (it says "contact your partner", but it's the correct form to contact us too). This will let us know which subdomain your site is on. Please provide the student's email, we will investigate.

I hate to say this, but it's a good idea to double-check (once more) the student is using the correct username and password.
