Using the Moodle Cloud free version.
One of my users is suddenly getting an "unauthorized access" message whenever she tries to log in to the Moodle site.
I've checked her profile and it is active and not suspended.
I've tried changing the password in case she forgot it.
Neither had any success.
What should I do to correct this problem?
