Moodle for mobile

Hi,

please follow the instructions on the Installation section in here:

https://docs.moodle.org/39/en/Moodle_app_additional_features#Installation

If it is an admin account, read the section "Admin users, please read".

Please notice that the local_mobile plugin isn't needed on Moodle 3.5 onwards, if your Moodle site is 3.5 or higher you should uninstall the plugin.
