I get this error while trying to open scorm packages on my custom app.
I also tried it on https://mobileapp.moodledemo.net/ and got same result.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for your response, it works fine on the official Moodle app on iOS store.
My custom app also works fine on android but not on iOS.
I am thinking maybe it is because of the WKWebView required by appstore.

WKWebView breaks loading local files so that could be the issue, yes. We'll publish 3.9.0 today and we fix the issues with WKWebView in that version. Right now the code is in the integration branch, it will be moved to the master branch once 3.9.0 is released.

I've upload a test scorm package to Moodle sandbox and used https://mobileapp.moodledemo.net/ to access it.
It does not work, I tried with Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
