I have always thought a toddler was between the ages of 12 to 36 months so I am interested in how you would teach students that young online. Most will have limited language skills, their concentration span will be very limited and all will lack the ability to read and write. Creating a quiz for that age group would be a challenge. There are many quiz types in Moodle but not many if you exclude those that require literacy.
If you are already running Zoom you can interact with the students and share your screen. For toddlers that would seem to be all you need. For older students, Zoom and Moodle for self directed study is a good combination for a traditional class being taught online but that depends on students being able to understand and navigate through a text based interface.
