Hi, I am having a problem verifying my domain for moodlecloud. I think I have upload the required file and it still cannot verify. Can anyone help?!

I'm guessing (correct me if I'm wrong) that you're talking about domain verification google analytics or something like it.
If it's for GA, this method won't work, there is no way for Moodle to serve a specific path and uploading files to the Moodle folder on the server is not supported.
You can add the javascript code in the "additionalhtmlfooter" (search for that in the admin section), which should do the trick.
