I am having difficulty finding your details in our system - could you please let me know the site name you are trying to register and I will be able to track this down for you.

 trying to register a new moodle site but facing some difficulty. this is what I received " Our payment gateway took too long to answer, please wait a few seconds and try again. Our team has been notified of this issue." and moodle support hasn't got back to us with any feedback until the moment.

Any help????
