Moving or sharing questionnaire between courses

Hi,

My apologies if this question has already been asked. I could not find it in the existing questions.

I have a number of courses and want to run a questionnaire at the end of each. It is the same questionnaire.

How do I copy a questionnaire to another course, or like in the "feedback' module, create a template?

Select the questionnaire activity in an existing course.
Backup just the questionnaire activity, without the current users data. Rename it something easy to find.
Select a course without the activity.
Restore the questionnaire activity to the existing course. it should be the blank questionnaire. If not, reset the questionnaire in course administration.
