Moodle Version: 3.7
When I go to grade an assignment, I get the following message: Some of the files in this submission can only be accessed by direct download.
When I test the document converter (Google Drive), they are working fine.
When I go back into the assignment, I am receiving this message.
When students upload a PDF I do not receive this message.
How can I get other file types be converted to PDFs and prevent this message from appearing?

Me too: PDFs preview OK but not .docx
Doc converters are enabled and switched off then On again ;)

We have same issue in Moodle 3.9.3 with some jpeg / jpg images.
