Eguru Theme settings

Good day,

I am currently on Moodle 3.5.2+ and using Eguru theme. We are using LDAP for uthentication, a single sign-on to our dashboard page, leads to the Moodle app. After logging our single-sing on, users still get a "You are not logged in" message and are required to click on Login again.

Can you please assist in removing this?

Regards

Is this user really logged in? I mean, can he do more than a visitor who has no account in your LDAP?

This user cannot do anything at that stage of login until they click on "Login" again. The application will bring their profiles and permissions.

Means that the SSO you mentioned haven't logged the user in. Eguru is correctly reporting that the user is not logged in. You need to attend to the login mechanism.
