How to add custom header in certain page

I want to remove or add custom header in mod\questionnaire\complete.php page Or remove a certain element from the header in this Page ONLY, Is it possible? if yes, how can I do that?

Removing or adding a header can be done overriding the completepage.mustache template in your theme.
