Loading now via scorm 1.2 after exporting it out from Camtasia, all working like a charm.

FWIW, I ended up simply publishing to screencast.com, them copying the iFrame tag into a page. This way, I could make use of the latest change in the smartplayer (such as the forward/reverse buttons and the movable Close captions) and allowing better global content delivery.
