Some teachers weren't able to create an Assignment (without any special settings) by settings only title, instructions they get this message: "debug info deadlock found when trying to get lock. try restarting transaction delete from mdl_event where modulename = ? AND instance =? AND EVENTYPE..."

It happens sometimes with out any indications. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes we can't create assignments and getting this Error message.
