2 instances of the same block!!!??? That's strange! But ...
In reading info about that block it does say it won't be compatible in future versions of Moodle. Suggest you go back to read and make note ... so you can plan your next or future upgrades. Do try to make your site as 'future proof' as possible - especially plugins.
