is the easiest way to buy Ionic Studio and work on it ?
and what the technical knowledge needed ?

I ask someone to customize my moodle app and this person did in Android but the problem is, that is very slow to open and I ask him to fix bugs but he dissapear. My problem now is I dont know another person who can help me to fix this problem. If anyone do that, could you answer me, please.
