We recently upgraded to Moodle 3.5, and have discovered that when blind marking is enabled no activity logs are visible for the assignment (in previous versions we were able to view the logs if required).
Whilst it makes perfect sense to close what may have been a loop-hole whereby a determined marker could use the logs to identify a user prior to lifting anonymity, it does make things tricky for Moodle Administrators who are regularly asked to do some digging into the history of a users submission.
I couldn't see any permissions that would enable Admins to view logs (maybe they simply don't exist!). Have I missed anything?
