Looking for a them that doesn't constrain BLOCK POSITIONING

Hi guys, still new to moodle.
Am using
- moodle 3.7
- Theme name  : adaptable 
- Theme version : 2.10

I've tried changing the positioning of my blocks to 'center' on the home page but the adaptable theme doesn't allow me.
So am looking for a Theme that can allow me to position blocks as i wish.( mainly on the center)
