I'm using Moodle 3.5.6 - I have students telling me that they are seeing assignments appear twice on their dashboards under the Course Overview "Timeline"
For these assignments, we have a Due Date set (under the Availability section) so the due date can appear in the assignment directions; as well as, we have an Expected Completion Date set (under Activity Completion) so it can work with the Completion Progress block.
Is it expected behavior for the dashboard to use both dates and have the assignment appear twice?
