I have a client who has the ltiprovider plugin from Juan Leyva (https://moodle.org/plugins/local_ltiprovider) installed on a Moodle 3.1.7 instance. It seems that the local_ltiprovider_cron() function is never being called from the admin/cron.php script. Officially that plugin says it supports up to 3.0. Did something change in 3.1 that would cause the local plugin cron functions to not be called?
