Hi community. 

I am new here.

I would like know if someone work with Moodle from Europe to African countries?

I am scientist in a German University and I would like build course about - Inclusive Education- to 

develop Inclusive educations in Africa. I still don´t know how to use Moodle, but i am sure that

is a good tool to creat a "virtual Knowledge bridge" between Europe and Africa´s countries.

Someone that do this Already, or someone that can give me Ideas...?
