Plagscan is not working

Can anyone please tell me what could be the reason for this.(attachment)

I have installed the 3.7 plugin. moodle version is 3.7.1+

Tried several times with submission but it never gets uploaded,

We have already payed the monthly rental to the PlagScan Pro

I am Jesús Prieto, employee of PlagScan and in charge of the Moodle Integration. 

We would need more information from your configuration as well as screenshot to help you. But this is not the proper channel to do so, because the configuration contains private details from your institution as the secret api key. So you can contact us directly in the following email: api@plagscan.com. We will gladly try to help you!

Also please make sure you have followed the latest version of the manual for new versions (3.x+). Here you can find them https://www.plagscan.com/en/api-integration-and-plugins#moodle
