Has anybody done Moodle performance comparisons between Debian Stretch (PHP 7.0) and Buster (PHP 7.3)? I happen to run https://moodle.org/plugins/report_benchmark on a Raspberry Pi 3B (not 3B+, also not 4A) running https://moodlebox.net 3.0.0 which is Buster and got an incredible score of 156 points. Compare this to 355 points I got the last time with MoodleBox 2.3.0, which was Stretch https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=335357#p1495166.
