I have a working Moodle 3.1 environment and I'm testing notifications with the Moodle mobile application.
I have already made the necessary settings and I am not able to send notifications of a plugin that I have developed and also noticed that the notifications of other plugins are also not being sent.
However users are receiving calendar event notifications in the application as usual. They receive when CRON runs.
When I try to send the notification from my plugin the following error occurs:
"Unexpected response from the Airnotifier server: Unknown SSL Protocol error in connection to messages.moodle.net:443"
