How can I export the user report from the grade book? I need to export a report for each user individually.

Have you tried selecting the first name in the user report ("the first name is always "Show all users") then you can "print" the page to PDF and each user's report will save to its own page or set of pages. This is not 'exportable' data if that is what you are looking for though.

You can get the individual leaner report through: Course Administration>Grade Administration>user report. Select the particular user and download the user report.

I can't find grade administration.
what I have done is updating the quizzes and letters to be reflected correctly in the grades report.

If you can't find it, maybe you don't have the account permission to do that. If you are not the system administrator, maybe you can ask them to help you generate the report.
