Hi, I have installed the Level Up Plugin. And, I am trying to configure the settings by changing the rules by which points and levels are given to students.
When I click the Rules tab, in the Ladder page, I find the rules with the links: Add rule and Add Condition. Below, I see Save Changes. But, when I click on Add rule or add Condition, nothing happens. It keeps scrolling up without any new fields appearing.
I asked the administrator to provide all the necessary permissions, and he says I have the permissions. But, I am not able to add new rules and conditions. Please help.
