Students are unable to post keynote and page files, sharing these files with Moodle app. The shared file does not appear in Moodle app.

I'm sorry but I don't understand the issue your users are experiencing.
Where are you studenting posting those documents? do you mean that when they post a forum message attaching those documents they are not uploaded to the site and displayed in the app?
If that's the case, are those documents displayed in the web version or they are not uploaded at all?
Could you provide som reproduction steps to check if its a bug in the app or maybe is an issue on your site?
