Managing a moodle platform for an university. I can't really find information here on the rollover of an academic year, only about courses. We need to move students from Year 4 to Year 5, from Year 3 to Year 4 and so on.
I managed to do that once in a testing environment and it asked me what year I want to rollover and so on, it worked for one year. But now every time I want to run another rollover, it only asks for confirmation then it says "Students rollover successful, 0 students have been rolled over". It doesn't ask me what year I want or anything else.
I am wondering if there are settings for the Rollover and where can I find them, as I need to personalize the criterias for each rollover I run. Thank you!
