I believe that menu is Fordson custom code so a bug in the theme. But then it could just be that they are still enrolled on the course and there needs to be an enhancement to the menu to hide past courses.
General rule of thumb is that if you can't see the functionality in the Boost or Classic themes then it must be in the contributed theme you're using.
