thanks for uploading the quizzes. The titles seem to have gotten "doubled" somehow when you cut and paste them into JQuiz.
If you open your "101.jqz" file, you will see that the title is as follows

History and Development
Of Sandplay Therapy

The History and Development of Sandplay Therapy - Part 1
In other words, the title is "double" in the quiz's source file. It follows naturally that the titles will appear like this in the browser.
Using JQuiz, I changed the title to just "The History and Development of Sandplay Therapy - Part 1" and now it looks fine.
Also, I tried creating a new JQuiz and cutting and pasting a 3-line title into it, but the title was not doubled, so I am puzzled as to how your title got repeated. Anyway, it is simple to fix
