If I create an assignment with multiple manually granted attempts and grade a student's first attempt, this grade should be pushed to the grade books.
As I understand things, if I grant the student a new attempt their original grade should remain in the grade book until I grade the 2nd attempt.
In essence until a student submits their second attempt the "effective" grade is the latest non-null grade.
Is this a correct understanding? (this is a weighted question because I believe that this *isn't* happening...)
It appears that when a new attempt is graded the students grade disappears.
