It is capable of conditional questions.  You create the first question and then you do a page break with the conditional questions--they only see the questions relevant to the previous answers.


advantage of Feedback over Questionnaire--Feedback is core moodle, no need to track versions/updates--when you upgrade to the newer/est Moodle version, Feedback needs no additional checks and you are not dependent on a third party to make it work.

One more question: can I set more than one parental questions/answers for a question, or is there only one condition that can be set?

I think you can only have one dependent--but I'm not positive.  I haven't tried.  But you could have a question (question B) that is dependent on a previous question (question A) and a question (question C) later that is dependent on the first dependent question, thus actually being dependent on both A and B.
