Yes there is... but I am not real sure this is wise. The only restriction will be the number of users your MC site is limited to. This should work but it's a bit fiddly to set up. Go to each course and Course Admin > Enrolment Methods change the preferred enrollment method to Self Enrolment. Do not set an Enrolment Key, or if you are required to, then make that key simple and generic, advertise it on the Front Page. If you have all your courses, or rather just one course on the Front Page, then simply setting your Role on Front Page to Student might work, but it might not.
