Adaptable theme: how link competencies and course in moodle ?

Hello,

I'm using moodle 3.5+ and the "adaptable" theme, and i'm trying to set up competencies and training plan in moodle.

I've enable competencies in adminsitration -> competencies -> competencies settings

i've created my competencies, my training plan et linked my traning plan to competencies. At this step moodle say no comptencies attached to a course



But when i try to find compentecies in courses, there is nothing on the course adminstration and the course parameters.



So how can i link my competencies to a course ?

You will find Competencies in the Navigation block , if your theme uses the Administration and Navigation blocks. (I will go and reply to you in the French forums) However  I have never used the Adapatable theme so it might be different.

I have a similar issue, but with adding competencies in an activity (SCORM Package).

It only shows no suggestions.

Adding competencies to a course is a two-step process.

1. Select the course.

a. from the Navigation pane, select the Competencies option.

b.The Course competencies page is displayed.

c. Select the Add competencies to course button.

d. Add the existing competencies to the course + the Upon course completion condition.

2. For the desired course activity, edit the activity. At the Competencies option, add the Course competencies + the Upon course completion condition.

Thank you, Shirley. My new problem is that the navigation bar is nowhere to be found. I've checked the plugin and followed the instructions from the Block FAQs (https://docs.moodle.org/33/en/Blocks_FAQ#I_accidentally_deleted_the_navigation_.28or_administration.29_block.21) but it still won't show.

You don't have a Navigation block for courses?
